ICEGATE has developed new enquiry wherein users can view rotation details, Voice call number on the basis of IMO code.

Bond and BG Enquiry

ICEGATE has developed an enquiry to verify Bond and Bank guarantee related details. Post login users can check details by providing custom site and bond number.

IGST Refund Enquiry Status- ECCS

Now the real time status of IGST refund for Courier shipments can be viewed on the ICEGATE site using this enquiry.

RBI-IDPMS Enquiry

ICEGATE has developed an enquiry for the trade where users can check status of integration of their respective Bill of entry transmitted to RBI on IDPMS.

Online BE Amendment

In order to make Customs clearance process contactless, ICEGATE has enabled online facility for amendment of bill of entry on ICEGATE site.

GSTN Integration

ICEGATE has provided functionality to the users where GSTN is not integrated automatically. Now a user can make a request and GSTN is integrated after fetching details from GSTN.

Registration Enquiry

The enquiry provides a functionality to users to check whether a particular PAN is registered with ICEGATE or not.

CTO-ICEGATE Registration

This registration is available for CTOs to register themselves at ICEGATE for exchanging required data.

CSN Enquiry

An enquiry is developed as “Cargo Summary Notification Enquiry” wherein Authorized Notified Carriers (ANC) – Freight Forwarders, NCOCC, Consolidator would be able to check details related to Cargo/Bill of Lading (BL)/Container. This enquiry is available post login in ICEGATE portal.

Simplified Registration Upgrade

ICEGATE has provided the functionality for Simplified users to upgrade themselves to DSC user.

RBI-SB-EDPMS Enquiry

ICEGATE has updated the SB EDPMS Enquiry for ICEGATE users. This enquiry is available publicly as well as post login. ICEGATE users can now raise the query related to rectification of SB EDPMS Status and check the amount realized by RBI EDPMS system on ICEGATE portal.The SB EDPMS status is available publicly, whereas Rectification of SB EDPMS Status and FE Realization details are available under ICEGATE login.

Custodian Registration Change

Custodian Registration through icegate now facilitate custodian users to give 10 character custodian code and GSTIN at the time of Registration. This will help custodian to maintain Uniqueness with each port mapping. We have provided 'Custodian Reconciliation' facility to parent custodian post Login so that they can integrate 10 character custodian code and GSTIN for themselves and their child custodian members registered on ICEGATE.
